The hotel is in a very pleasant slightly up-market area near Schonbrunn. It is rather close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Plus, it's located just a short walk from the metro and only 15 minutes away from the Vienna center. The staff treated me well and the hotel's proximity to the palace and park was a major highlight.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was more variety.

Decent-sized rooms, bright and clean. Good value for money. Close to metro station, Schönbrunn Palace, and zoo. Shops and restaurants nearby. Cute and attitude-filled parrot at reception.

This hotel offers great value for money, located in a very pleasant and slightly up-market area near Schonbrunn. The rooms are spacious with lovely seating areas, providing a pleasant view out to the back. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the service is top-notch. Additionally, breakfast is served on the roof with stunning views of the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was situated close to a beautiful palace and just a short walk from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of restaurants nearby, great to try different cuisines. the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, providing us with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.
the customer service at the reception was not as friendly as we had hoped for.
